An interview will be conducted in the center between owner, parent(s), and child prior to the first day of attendance. A registration fee will not be needed unless you wish to hold a spot for 30 days.
All forms must be completed and signed before the first day’s attendance. This includes a medical history*, birth certificate, release forms, and agreement contract. *Note: Child must be current with all vaccinations.
After 30 days of attendance, a final determination will be made with care provider and parent(s) on child’s permanent enrollment.
