The learning center will accept dismissal of a child from parent(s) in written format and expect a two-week notice.
In the event of sudden or early termination, when less than two (2) full weeks advance termination notice is given, the parent(s) agrees to pay the equivalent of two times the current weekly fee on or before the last date of service.
The learning center director/owner has the right to dismiss any child for reasons that object the terms of this agreement contract and will provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
